Case study
Sep 2018 – Nov 2020Digital Marketing Executive
Long Stay Homes & Offices Pvt. Ltd.
Kept inventory live across listing channels, paid to keep properties visible in search, measured what actually got inquiries, and passed those leads to sales.
The brief
In serviced apartments and long-stay rentals, a property that is missing, stale, or buried in search does not get inquiries. The job was operational: listings, visibility, measurement, and handing the lead to someone who could close it.
Sales needed a clean assignment path. Marketing needed to see which listings earned impressions and which ones actually converted to inquiries.
How I approached it
- Treat every portal and channel as inventory that has to stay accurate, not a one-time upload.
- Use listing packages and boosts where they moved a property up in search — not as a default spend on everything.
- Read the numbers (impressions, inquiries, converted listings) and route every inbound lead to sales with WhatsApp and SMS follow-up.
What I actually did
Listings across every channel
Managed property listings across portals and channels so inventory stayed live and consistent: the same property, the same availability story, not a different description on each site.
Search visibility packages
Ran listing packages and boosts so priority properties stayed at the top of search results on the channels that actually sent inquiries, instead of hoping organic placement would hold.
Analytics on listing performance
Tracked impressions, inquiries, and which listings converted. That view decided which properties deserved more boost budget and which ones needed a listing refresh.
Lead routing and follow-up
Sent incoming leads to the sales team with a clear assignment path, then followed up on WhatsApp and SMS so inquiries did not go cold between the portal and the call.
